Emily runs the Sustainable Food Society, a project educating people about how to eat more sustainably. She’s a biologist and a huge nerd when it comes to health, the environment, food, and nutrition, with a master’s degree in Physiology, Development and Neurosciences from the University of Cambridge, and a certificate in Eating for the Environment from the Open University. The Sustainable Food Society helps you define and reach your sustainability goals, understand your food choices (from health claims, to environmental impact), and make small, consistent changes to your diet that will have maximum impact and last in the long term.
